half truths make us half smart
[half informed half wits]
inhale cosmos
marrow molecules entangle all
consciousness is
selves are contrivance
strip Newtonian garb, we're ghostly
neutrinos flash through
we are
we are not
we are both
we are neither
we know not what is
we know not what is not
we never shall
we suppose what feels true
ergo:
we suppose reality
we suppose ourselves real
we suppose God
we suppose God supposed us

It feels as if I’ve brought home a peculiar creature with a delicate light body that lays along one of my arms as I stroke its belly in attempts to stir melodies Most of those caresses so far have resulted in scratchy and uneasy notes— and the snapping of a string or two which needed replacement Each mistake (however) is a learning experience where I have begun to realize the subtle complexity of its aspects alongside the ways they flow into a unified whole On occasion I even find a sweet sonorous tone slips into my bow strokes like signs of acceptance

Remember, Dreamer...
Dreams are good to have, good to chase so you can taste That better tomorrow you won’t reach if you waste Day after day or so your inner demons will say “When no difference is made by sundown, you should Feel down, keep yourself down and accept no up short Of the highest mountain rising above imperfection.” There’s billions of us in the fray, praying as we sway And tell misfortune we won’t be blown away But the wind’s not the same on every shore, Doesn’t have the same strikes and shocks in store Making us wonder why the script is written so… Why we can’t all have easy come easy go. Change is what the world needs and what we can wield To be a shield so others don’t have to yield when darkness Sweeps across the field to take them feet first into dirt And tell them they’ll never rise because it’s all lies, That’s why the spirit of change shines in our eyes… Makes us reach over the edge, forget our real size. Please don’t get me wrong, a single soul is strong With a song that

Flight Risk
I felt it in my bones that night
The pangs to run away
The chirping birds, at 5 am
They begged me not to stay
So starry-eyed, so heavy-tongued
So trapped within my head
I’d fought and flailed and torn my sheets
Set fire to my bed
My frenzied heart is leaping flames
Too hot to keep inside
I packed my bags alone that night
As cold as if I’d died
How did I even find this place?
My discipline was stern
I lost myself in wild touch
Dumb Girl, you’ll never learn
Frenetic and delirious
Thank God, the road is long
When I am miles away from here
You’ll tell me I was wrong
You’ll tell me to spit out my words
When mouth and

wouldn't you love to see us as we actually are?
[envision a pre-Newtonian entity]
[this poem is stripped to a bare minimum, which may make it difficult]
[it's based upon the most current and provable scientific/philosophical conclusions]
[i agree that there should be a 'science of philosophy']

A View from Deep WithinSometimes,
went I am walking,
I feel as a package of physical senses
bonded to the surface of a greater body,
that unseen mass which fills our galaxy.
In doing so,
I witness a deep feeling
that all is one,
where I am a magnificent reference point
for THAT which is unseeable
to perform within this physical world.
As with all others,
my perspective is about
individual location and memory,
my unique persona
on this stage of heavy physical matter.
Then, just as quickly,
I get totally absorbed within the play.
